Ley Choon is a BCA Approved Training and Testing Centre (ATTC) incorporated in May 2011. We provide training and tests (skills assessments) for construction workers as a platform to equip them with the knowledge and practical skills to operate the hydraulic excavator and bulldozer machines.
Our experienced trainers are always on hand to address the needs of each and every candidate. With patience and dedication, they will help candidates meet the objectives to achieve good results.

For Construction Workers
The CoreTrade Scheme was created to develop a pool of competent and experienced tradesmen to raise quality and productivity in the built environment sector.
The Skills Evaluation Certificate (Knowledge), or SEC(K), aims to raise skills, productivity, and safety standards in the construction industry. It is one of the most direct routes for upgrading to Higher-Skilled (R1) status under MOM's levy scheme.
The ALP provides an express route for experienced workers to achieve higher-skilled status through a 1-day training course and a practical skills validation (4–5 hours) conducted at a BCA ATTC.

Welcome to the Hydraulic Excavator Operations (As Lifting Machine) Training course. This program is conducted by Ley Choon Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd BCA Approved Training and Testing Centre.
Distinguish the various hydraulic excavator models commonly employed in the construction sector.
Recognize the key elements comprising a hydraulic excavator.
Describe the purposes of safety mechanisms and indicators installed on the hydraulic excavator.
Execute the prescribed manual signals and communication methods for operating a hydraulic excavator.
Adhere to proper operational protocols and safety measures.
Analyze Lifting Plans and undertake necessary preparations before engaging in lifting activities.
Review the load indicator monitor and understand warning signs for effective interpretation.
The Bulldozer Operation course aims to equip trainees with the knowledge and skills required to meet the standards required of the test level.
We are one of the ATTC providing online CET training for Construction Plant Operation (non-lifting).
In order to continuously upgrade the construction workforce to support improvements in productivity, quality and safety, all CoreTrade personnel are required to attend CET courses under their respective registered trade category for CoreTrade renewal.

This program is conducted by Ley Choon Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd. The Essential Road Maintenance Training Program is designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills essential for executing road maintenance works safely and efficiently.
This program blends theoretical instruction with hands-on practice to prepare participants for real-world challenges in road construction and maintenance.
Comply with LTA Code of Practice for Traffic Control at Work Zones and WSH regulations during road maintenance operations.
Apply road safety protocols and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe work environment.
Interpret Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) and implement traffic control measures in compliance with approved procedures.
Perform pavement maintenance tasks, including defects identification, patching, and resurfacing.
Operate and maintain road maintenance machinery and equipment safely.
Apply excavation safety measures and soil stabilization techniques to prevent trench collapse.
